Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
