Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Foxglove Lantern Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
