Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Miami region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
