Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Iron Financial is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
