Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
