Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Nova Quill Banking Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
