Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 886 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
