Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
