Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
