Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Rowan Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Memphis working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
