Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Pharma Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
