Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Keystone Energy Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
