Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Northwind West Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
