Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Ironwood Harbor Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Madison, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
