Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
