Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
