Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Las Vegas, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
