Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
