Harborlight Junction Water Authority is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
