Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Stone Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Kansas City focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
