Northwind Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
