Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
