Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
