Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Wilder Medical Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
