Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
