Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Keystone Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
