Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Summit Harbor Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
