Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
