Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Forge Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
