Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Jackson, MS)

Clearpath Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
