Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
