Ironwood Oak Health Partners is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
