Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Financial Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
