Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
