Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in Hartford with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
