Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 535 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
