Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
