Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Cedar Cross Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
