Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Fern Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
