Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Ivory Foods Group is a Grand Rapids food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
