Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 630 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
