Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
