Harborlight Stone Telecom is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
