Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Vale Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
