Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
