Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
