Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 467 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
