Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Juniper Foods is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
