Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
