Senior Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Lantern Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
